Oana was running her practice across three separate tools: one for taking bookings, one for selling, and one for hosting her courses. Clients moved between them, and each one had to be kept in step by hand.

The problem

Every extra tool is another login, another payment record, and another point where someone gives up. Bookings sat in one place, payments in another, course access in a third. A client who wanted to book a session and buy a course had to do it twice, in two different systems.

What was built

One site that handles all of it:

• Online booking for sessions and live programmes, with availability, confirmations and reminders handled by the site rather than by email

• Paid programmes and courses sold as plans, with access tied to the client's member account

• Events with ticketing for the live rounds

• A members area, so clients log in where they bought

• Email automations: a confirmation with the Zoom links the moment someone books, launch sequences, and a subscribe form that delivers a free download after sign-up

• A quiz with its own backend, so a visitor's answers turn into a contact and a follow-up

• Search titles and descriptions written for every page

• A single payment setup behind all of it, so every sale lands in one place

The result

Booking, paying and getting access now happen in one place, on one site, under one brand. There is a single record of who booked what, what sold, and who has access, instead of three systems to reconcile.

Built on Wix Studio with Bookings, Pricing Plans, Events and Members, with Velo behind the quiz and the automations, so Oana can add a session type, a programme or an event without needing a developer.
