Silk Plaster Romania

Silk Plaster sells decorative wall coatings in Romania, a technical range where the right choice depends on the surface, the room and the finish the customer is after. Before this project, every order went through a phone call.

The problem

Phone-only ordering limits a business to the hours someone can pick up. It also puts the entire product explanation on one person, repeated on every call. A customer comparing finishes at nine in the evening had nowhere to go and nothing to read.

What was built

• The full range online, with each product presented so a buyer can tell the options apart without calling

• Checkout and payment, so an order can be completed start to finish without a phone call

• Product information and page copy written once, on the page, instead of explained on every call

• Delivery and order handling set up so orders arrive ready to fulfil

• Customer accounts and automated email flows for orders and sign-ups, sent by the site rather than by hand

• A partner application flow for the trade: the request comes in through a form and the follow-up runs on automated emails

• Customer reviews, an Instagram feed and a downloads library on the site, so the proof and the documents sit next to the products

• Search titles and descriptions for every product and page, and tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, the Meta pixel and the TikTok pixel, so campaigns can be measured

• Print materials in the same identity: business card, folder and t-shirt

The result

The shop takes orders outside working hours, and the phone is free for the customers who genuinely need advice rather than for taking down every order. The catalogue is now something that can be linked to, shared and found, rather than described.

Built on Wix Studio with Wix Stores and Members. Products, prices and stock are managed from the dashboard, so the range can change without touching the design.
