Less manual work. More time for your clients.

We connect your tools and build practical automations and AI assistants for enquiries, onboarding and everyday operations. Start with the work you want to make easier.

Wix, Make, Zapier, n8n and custom code. You do not need a Wix website.

AI & AUTOMATION

NEW ENQUIRY

Hi, I run a small decorating team in Cluj and we’d like to become partners. What do you need from us?

RULES

Contact created · labelled partner · region added

DRAFT REPLY · FOR APPROVAL

Thanks for applying. To set up your partner account we need your company details, the areas you cover and a few photos of recent work. Could you send them this week?

APPROVED BY YOUR TEAM · FOLLOW-UP SCHEDULED

An enquiry comes in. The next steps are ready.

Capture the request, prepare the context and give your team a useful starting point for the conversation.

AUTOMATION IN PRACTICE

BEFORE

Someone transfers the details into the CRM and checks for an existing contact

They read the message, note the request and find the relevant service information

They prepare a response and decide what needs clarifying before a call

They assign the next task and set a reminder in another tool

The next step depends on someone remembering it

AFTER

Rules create or update the record and assign the enquiry using agreed criteria

AI summarises the request and drafts a reply from your approved service information

Your team checks the draft, adjusts it and approves it before it is sent

Rules record the activity and schedule the agreed follow-up

Repeated admin follows a defined flow, with a person approving every client reply

Three starting points, by readiness.

A clear task can move into implementation. An uncertain AI idea may need a pilot. If the priority is unclear, start by finding the most useful opportunity.

START WITH WHAT YOU NEED

What could run more smoothly?

Start with a repeated task, a slow handoff or information your team keeps searching for. We work out which parts need rules, AI or a person.

WHERE IT HELPS

Also: documents and knowledge, content and reporting. A single useful automation can be a complete project.

Enquiries & follow-up

Capture leads, organise requests, prepare responses and prompt the right next action in your CRM.

Onboarding & delivery

Welcome messages, intake forms, documents and team tasks, so each new client has a clear next step.

Support, payments & admin

Answer common questions from approved information; connect bookings and payments to invoices and records.

Sometimes the workflow needs more than a connection.

Clear processes, useful information and a good client experience make automation more effective. We identify the missing pieces and agree their scope with you.

Existing work can be reused. You can also bring us an agreed brief and start with implementation.

CONNECTED SERVICES

You don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll help you identify the right starting point.

The client journey needs defining

Clarify onboarding, responsibilities and handoffs before connecting the tools that support them.

You need a website, portal or app

Give people an interface to book, buy, submit information or use your service. AI can be one part of a wider product.

Your client communication needs work

Clarify the offer and approved messages an assistant should use, or help your team handle the conversations that need a person.

WHAT IT UNLOCKS NEXT

A workflow that runs without you is only useful if someone owns it after handover.

Care & Improvement

monitoring, changes and support after handover

Client Communication Training

the conversations that still need a person

From a useful idea to a working system.

Four stages for an implementation project. A review or pilot, where needed, has its own scope and decision point.

HOW IT WORKS

  • We confirm the workflow, connected tools, permitted actions, outputs, test criteria, costs and client responsibilities in writing, and which information the system may use and where it is processed. Missing inputs are resolved before dates are confirmed; changes are reviewed for scope, cost and timing; corrections to work that misses the agreed requirements remain distinct from new requests. A pilot tests a decision and does not commit you to a rollout.

At handover you receive the agreed workflow and connections, test findings and known limitations, instructions, training and a named system owner, account ownership, and the running costs and support responsibilities in writing. Your proposal separates project work, software subscriptions, usage costs and any ongoing support.

01

Define the workflow

Review the current task, tools and examples. Confirm the desired result, scope, responsibilities and success criteria.

Your part: share the real process and validate the brief.

02

Build & demonstrate

Configure the connections, rules and any AI assistance. Walk through a working version and refine the agreed behaviour.

Your part: provide access and review the demonstration.

03

Test with your team

Check normal tasks, missing information and exceptions against the agreed criteria before release.

Your part: test representative scenarios and confirm acceptance.

04

Launch & hand over

Release the agreed setup, document it and train the people using it. Confirm who handles future changes and support.

Your part: nominate an owner and complete the handover.

Practical questions. Clear answers.

Scope, costs and ongoing responsibilities should be clear before you commit.

BEFORE WE CONNECT ANYTHING

  • Often, a rules-based automation is enough for confirmations, reminders, data transfers and other predictable steps. AI can help with variable text, document summaries or suggested responses. We recommend the simplest approach that fits the task and the level of review it needs.

  • Yes, where the tools provide suitable access and integrations. We check account plans, permissions, data quality and any API limits before confirming the approach. Your website can be on Wix or another platform; a website rebuild is not a prerequisite for an automation project.

  • That depends on the workflow, tools, available information and testing required. We confirm project fees and expected software or usage costs before you commit. Final dates follow confirmed requirements and access. A review or pilot, where needed, is scoped separately from a production build.

  • AI can make mistakes. We define approved sources, test representative inputs and decide which outputs need human review. A pilot helps reveal limitations before wider use. Low-quality results may mean refining the setup, narrowing the task or choosing a rules-based process instead.

  • We agree account ownership, documentation, access and a system owner before handover. Your team can manage the setup, or we can define a Care & Improvement arrangement. Monitoring, response times and future changes are specified separately; they are not an unlimited support promise.

Your team stays in control.

We agree what the system can do, which information it can use and when a person needs to step in.

USEFUL AI. CLEAR BOUNDARIES.

01

Review before action

Choose which replies, updates or other actions need approval. Simple, predictable steps can follow agreed rules.

02

Work from the right information

Define approved sources and access. An assistant flags missing or conflicting information and asks for help.

03

Know when something needs attention

Test failed connections and unusual requests. Agree alerts, a fallback and who is responsible for resolving issues.

What keeps landing back on your to-do list?

Tell us which task takes too much time, the tools you use and what a better result would look like. We’ll help you identify a sensible starting point.

Manual work does not stay small.

Three things that happen while the repeated work stays with a person.

THE COST OF LEAVING IT

01

Every enquiry waits for someone

The reply depends on who is free. A good lead can sit for a day while the admin around it gets done.

02

The same admin, every week

Copying details, chasing confirmations, sending the same information. Hours that never show on an invoice.

03

Follow-up depends on memory

The next step lives in someone’s head or in another tool. When it is forgotten, the client notices before you do.

Best for, and not for.

So you know early whether your process is ready to automate.

IS THIS THE RIGHT FIT?

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

Your team wastes time on manual follow-ups, reminders or repeated questions

You want a first, bounded AI use case with a person approving the client-facing part

Your tools have suitable access and integrations, on Wix or elsewhere

You are growing and need operations that will not break under pressure

NOT A FIT IF

You only need a single form or confirmation (a website extension fits better)

You expect tools to fix a problem without changing the process behind it

You want an assistant that acts on clients without review

You are not ready to define how the workflow should actually run
