Zoom Cleaning

Zoom Cleaning sells in two ways at once: services that need a quote or a booking, and products that are bought outright. The site had to do both, in three languages, under an identity built for it: logo, colours and typefaces.

The problem

A cleaning job is priced on the space, the frequency and the state it is in, so a flat price list either overcharges or undercharges. Most cleaning sites solve this with a phone number, which means every enquiry costs a call, and every client who prefers to write, or writes in another language, goes elsewhere.

What was built

• Logo, colours and typefaces, applied across the site and the social channels

• A quote flow on the site's own database: the client describes the space and the service, and the request arrives structured, ready to price

• Online booking for services and an online shop for cleaning products, both paid on the site

• The whole site in Romanian, English and French, with the copy and the search titles and descriptions written per language

• Live chat, gift cards, pay links and proposals, so a quote can be sent, accepted and paid without leaving the system

• Automated emails for quotes, bookings and orders, sent by the site rather than by hand

• Reviews and social proof through Fera, and tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, the Meta pixel and TWIPLA, so ads and posts can be measured

• A social media strategy for Facebook and Instagram that brings people to the site

The result

Whoever lands on the site, in whichever language, has a way to act: ask for a quote, book, buy or pay a link. The phone stays for the jobs that need a visit, and the rest runs through one system with one record of every client, quote and order.

Built in the Wix Editor with Wix Stores, Bookings, Multilingual, Chat, Gift Cards, Pay Links and Proposals, with the quote flow on the site's CMS. Zoom can add a product, a service or a translated page without touching the design.
